Going GREEN!! Here are Orr's we are all very concerned with our environment and we are going to be making efforts to become more environmentally friendly. Some of the changes we have made and are going to be making are:

1. Offering cloth grocery bags
2. Offering re-usable buckets for PYO
3. Recycling all paper, plastic, glass, and aluminum in our packing house operation
4. Using cover crops to clean soil rather than chemicals
5. Practicing Sustainable Agriculture
6. Using I PM techniques
7. You our customers can reduce our carbon footprint by buying locally!! We offer fresh in season produce starting in May and going through the winter months with our apple crop.

We are participating in a new program available to WV orchards. This program takes IPM to the extreme and offers financial assistance to orchards who are willing to go the extra mile.
